Use a channel or profile URL, not a clip or video link. Remove extra paths, query strings, and fragments; only the base profile URL is accepted. If it still looks invalid, copy the URL directly from the platform page and try again.

Do you verify that a channel URL exists?

We currently validate URL format only. We do not verify the channel/profile exists yet. A mistyped URL can be followed but will never record, so confirm the link opens the real profile or live page. We plan to add URL existence checks in the future.

Why is my recording still processing?

Processing starts after the live stream ends. Most recordings are ready within a few minutes, longer streams take longer. Refresh the page or check again shortly.

When does a recording show as ready?

Once processing completes, the status changes to Ready and playback is enabled. If a recording is stuck for hours, contact support with the recording ID.

Why is a thumbnail missing?

Thumbnails can appear after processing finishes. Refresh the page to load new artwork. If it stays blank, the video should still play normally.

Why are parts of a stream missing?

Short disconnects can split a live stream into multiple clips. Look for multiple recordings around the same time. If a clip is missing entirely, the platform may have stopped the stream.

Why does a recording have glitches (missing audio/video or audio out of sync)?

Live streams can have brief network drops or reconnects, which may cause short gaps or A/V sync issues in the recording. We record what the platform delivers; if the source stream is unstable, the recording can be incomplete. Check other recordings around the same time; a stream may split into multiple clips. If it happens often or the issue is severe, contact support and include the recording ID.

What is the difference between Free and Premium plans?

Free: follow up to 3 channels, watch recordings for 7 days. Premium: follow up to 100 channels, watch recordings for 60 days. Premium pricing: $7.99/month subscription or $9.99 one-time purchase (see Subscriptions in the app for details). Free plan: up to 3 downloads per week. Premium plan: unlimited downloads.

What happens when I hit my follow limit?

Free can follow up to 3 channels; Premium can follow up to 100. Extra channels may be paused or blocked from being added. Remove a channel or upgrade in the app to make room.

Why was my follow paused or a cooldown triggered?

Cooldowns prevent rapid follow/unfollow changes. Paused follows usually mean you reached a plan limit. Wait a few minutes or remove a channel to resume.
