StreamRokuo is operated by an individual (not a registered business entity at this time).

We collect only the information needed to run the Service:

A. Account information

  • Email address and basic profile information provided via our authentication provider.
  • User ID and session/auth tokens.

B. Service data you provide

  • Live channel/profile URLs you add to follow/track.
  • Platform identifiers (e.g., platform name, channel/account ID) extracted from submitted URLs.
  • Plan status (Free/paid when available) and usage counters (e.g., number of followed accounts).

C. Recording data

  • Recording metadata (timestamps, platform, status, file identifiers, size/duration when available).
  • Video files and related assets generated and stored to enable playback.

D. Technical & security data

  • Device/browser info, IP address, and logs for security and debugging.

E. Payments (Stripe)

If you purchase a paid plan (when available), payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details; Stripe handles sensitive payment information.

3) How we use your information

We use information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service (authentication, follow management, recordings, playback access).
  • Enforce plan limits and watch access rules.
  • Process subscriptions and respond to billing events (when paid plans are enabled).
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
  • Improve performance and reliability.

4) Sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted providers required to operate the Service (e.g., authentication, database/storage, CDN/edge, payments) and when legally required.

5) Plan limits and watch access

  • Free plan is available.
  • Free plan limits: follow up to 3 accounts.
  • Download limits: Free plan up to 3 downloads per week; Premium plan unlimited downloads.
  • Watch access: recordings on the Free plan are watchable for up to 5 days (after which they may be deleted or become unavailable).

6) Cookies

We may use cookies/local storage for authentication sessions, security protections, and essential functionality.

7) Data security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

8) Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@streamrokuo.com.

9) Children’s privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).

10) Changes

We may update this policy and will update the “Last updated” date.
