These Terms govern your use of StreamRokuo (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Operator

StreamRokuo is operated by an individual (not a registered business entity at this time).

2) The Service

StreamRokuo helps users track supported live-stream channels and access recordings associated with their account, subject to plan limits, watch access windows, and availability.

3) Eligibility and responsibilities

You must be legally able to use the Service in your country and comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

4) Accounts

You are responsible for activities under your account. We may suspend/terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

5) Plan limits

• Free plan available
• Follow up to 3 accounts
• Download limits: Free plan up to 3 downloads per week; Premium plan unlimited downloads.
• Watch recordings for up to 5 days on the Free plan

We may change plan features or limits over time.

6) Recording availability (no guarantee)

We do not guarantee that every stream will be recorded or that recordings will always be available due to factors outside our control.

7) Subscriptions and billing (Stripe)

Paid plans may be offered in the future. When enabled, payments will be processed by Stripe according to the terms shown at checkout. We do not store full card details.

8) Acceptable use

You may not violate laws or third-party rights, bypass access controls or plan limits, disrupt the Service, or abuse the system.

9) Intellectual property

We own the Service software, design, and branding. You receive a limited right to use the Service as intended.

10) Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third parties (e.g., streaming platforms, Stripe, hosting/CDN/storage providers). We are not responsible for third-party availability or content.

11) Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid to us in the last 30 days (or 0 for free users).

13) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend/terminate access for violations or security reasons.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
